Dominik is a co-founder and Transformation Lead at Miragon. For over ten years, he has been supporting companies in the areas of process management and automation\u2014from technical planning and architectural design through to operational implementation.<\/p>

He has extensive experience across the entire value chain of modern process solutions: from developing complex systems to designing scalable enterprise architectures. As an IT architect, he supports a wide variety of organizations in their digital transformation\u2014always with a clear focus on sustainable, future-proof solutions. Despite his strategic responsibilities, he remains grounded in practical work and continues to develop solutions hands-on.<\/p>

Dominik also shares his expertise as an instructor. His professional expertise includes BPMN modeling, solution architectures, and the development and scaling of automation initiatives in large enterprises. He brings not only technical expertise but also a deep understanding of organizational challenges.<\/p>

Thomas is actively involved in the process orchestration ecosystem and regularly shares practical insights at industry conferences. Marco Sch\u00e4ck is an IT architect at Miragon and has five years of experience in designing and implementing modern automation and process solutions. His focus is on systematically analyzing even complex business and technical requirements and translating them into robust, future-proof architectures.<\/p>

He combines conceptual thinking with a strong hands-on approach. In his practical work, he makes extensive use of BPMN and is an expert in the CIB seven ecosystem. In doing so, he supports clients not only with technical implementation but also with the long-term integration of automation solutions into existing system landscapes.<\/p>

He has a particular interest in various architectural styles\u2014ranging from classic monolithic approaches to modern, distributed system architectures. His particular expertise lies in managing complexity in distributed applications.<\/p>

Marco always thinks from the customer\u2019s perspective: He doesn\u2019t look for the most technically complex solution, but rather the one that makes technical sense, is economically viable, and can be scaled in the long term.
